Sana and Reza

 Sana is on vacation with her friend for 12 days. She will come back this Friday. This is the second time she has gone. We miss her so much, and the house feels silent—there are no fights or debates between father and daughter. I think the years are coming when she will choose friends and her own life over family and us, and I should prepare myself for that. I believe this year I need to spend more of my best quality time with her, so she will never forget us even when I am not around. And learning is never forgotten. I am waiting to see her on Friday and to hear her stories, experiences, and discoveries.

Hey, what are you up to? I'm packing my suitcase to go in mountain for 2 week whit my friend and whithouth parents and it will such a big party😜😜😜 Sometimes i feel why I can't have 18 years old and live alone? Is like that but you are 11❤❤ Now I have to go but before here id some tips if you went at  colony : If you travel on train,car, bus... get something like book to don't get annoyed. Try to find some friends to talk whit. If you ca bring headphones and listen to music. Try to sleep for half an hour so when you arrive you're not tired and you can enjoy the place. Anger Control – Reflection Last Saturday, I had a bad experience with Sana I don’t think it’s useful to find a “guilty” person; instead, I want to understand the reasons and mechanisms that led to the situation. I think Sana might have been upset and in a bad mood, perhaps because she didn’t sleep well or for another reason. She had the right to express her emotions and feelings . It seems I wasn’t in the best mood either, and I reacted badly. I won’t describe the details of my reaction, but I know it wasn’t appropriate. For next time, my plan is simple: Pause — take a deep breathe before responding. Recognize — notice my own emotional states and the other person’s. Move forward — let go of the immediate irritation quickly and focus on resolving or defusing the moment.

Read all the pages 3 time. Take a break of 30 min. Now read another time the pages. take your pet, your brother/sister, your parents and tell  not repeat what you read. for me works but if for you don't works here is another meth od: Read the pages and write a summery or some key points. Hi everybody. how can I study, with noise, music or silence. Usually I prefer to study with light music and I thought it is effective and best way but this week I discovered that for me best way to study and learn something is environment noise and silence.  Why, I am not sure but I found environmental noise and silence help me to make attention and concentrate on subject which i study. I know what I learn and what i do not learn.
